How is this different from Todoist, Trello, or Notion?

Those apps are powerful — but that's the problem. They have so many features that just opening them feels like work. TodoMyLife is intentionally simple: tasks, projects, priorities, due dates. That's it. If you find yourself avoiding your task app because it feels like a second job, this is for you.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your tasks are yours. We don't sell your data, share it with third parties, or use it to train AI models. Your Google account is only used for sign-in — we never read your emails or access your Google Drive.

Can I use it on my phone?

Absolutely. TodoMyLife works in any browser on any device — phone, tablet, or desktop. It adapts to your screen size automatically. No app to download, no updates to install.

What happens when the free trial ends?

Nothing scary. After 7 days, if you haven't subscribed, you'll still have full access to your free tier (3 projects, unlimited tasks). We won't lock you out or delete your data. You decide if it's worth upgrading.

Can I import my tasks from another app?

Pro users can export their data at any time. Full import from other apps is on our roadmap — let us know what you'd like to see.
